What Outcomes Look Like
A Representative Engagement
An illustrative scenario based on patterns I see across compliance and document-heavy teams - the kind of result a Pilot Build is scoped to deliver.
A mid-sized fintech compliance team was spending 22 hours a week searching through 8,000 regulatory documents and internal policies to answer routine advisor queries. A RAG pilot with citations, shipped in 7 weeks, would target:
Illustrative scenario. Actual outcomes depend on document volume, corpus quality, and integration scope - all of which we'll map in the audit.

What Clients Say
Ajay architected our agent workflow in 3 weeks - what our internal team had stalled on for 3 months. He thinks in systems, not prompts.
We needed a RAG system that wouldn’t hallucinate on regulatory content. Ajay delivered one with full citations and 94% accuracy. Our compliance team finally trusts AI output.
Clear communicator. Ships production code, not demos. The architecture decisions he made early saved us from a 6-month rewrite later.
FAQ
Questions Enterprises Ask Before Engaging
How do I know the answers won’t hallucinate?
Every answer includes source citations linked back to the exact document and section. The system is designed to say "I don’t know based on your documents" rather than fabricate. I also deliver an evaluation harness that lets your team score answer accuracy on an ongoing basis - so you have measurable confidence, not blind trust.
Does my data go to OpenAI, Anthropic, or any third party?
It depends on the deployment model you choose. I support three options: (1) fully self-hosted open-source models in your VPC, (2) enterprise API tiers (OpenAI / Anthropic / Azure OpenAI) with zero-data-retention agreements, or (3) hybrid setups. I’ll recommend the right tier during the audit based on your compliance requirements. Your raw documents never go to a model provider without your explicit approval.
Can it connect to SharePoint / Confluence / Google Drive / our internal systems?
Yes. Standard connectors exist for SharePoint, Confluence, Google Drive, Notion, S3, and most SQL/NoSQL databases. Custom integrations (3-5) are included in the Enterprise Platform tier. For the Pilot tier, we pick one source to keep scope tight.
What does "production-grade" actually mean?
Monitoring, logging, alerting, auto-scaling, access control, audit trails, evaluation harness, and documented runbooks. Not a Jupyter notebook with a Streamlit demo. Every engagement ends with your team able to operate and extend the system without me.
What if we already have a RAG system that isn’t working?
Start with the Audit ($3,500). In 2 weeks I’ll tell you exactly what’s failing - usually it’s chunking strategy, retrieval quality, or lack of reranking - and whether it’s worth fixing or rebuilding. About 40% of audits result in "fix it," the rest in "rebuild with a cleaner foundation."
How quickly can we start?
Audits can usually start within 1 week. Pilot builds require a 2-week scoping window. Platform builds require alignment with your internal teams and usually start 3-4 weeks out.
